The return is the second half of the same day trip: you fly Page (PGA) → Phoenix Deer Valley in the afternoon, about 1 hour 30 minutes back across the Painted Desert, past the San Francisco Peaks and into the Sonoran Desert, seen from the opposite angle.
There is no scheduled commercial service between Phoenix and Page Municipal Airport, so the way back to the Valley is the Page → Deer Valley charter, then a short transfer or rideshare to your hotel or to Sky Harbor for an onward flight.

One of the busiest general-aviation airports in the country, in the north Phoenix valley — a quick, uncongested departure point compared with Sky Harbor. Scottsdale (SDL) pickup can be arranged on request. The charter departs here; a short transfer or rideshare connects from Sky Harbor (PHX) and Valley hotels.
Royce K. Knight Field, atop Manson Mesa on the edge of Page — about 10 minutes from both Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend, and a short drive to Lake Powell and Glen Canyon Dam. Part 135 scenic and charter operators; no scheduled commercial service.
Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and Lake Powell — all within about 10 minutes of the airport.
Antelope Canyon is on Navajo Nation land and can only be visited on a Navajo-guided tour — it is never entered unaccompanied, and it is the Navajo people's canyon, not "Arizona's." Tour fees and a Navajo Nation permit are collected by the authorized guides. Follow your guide's photography and footing instructions; flash-flood safety closures can happen with little notice.
