The return is the second half of the same day tour: you fly Bryce Canyon (BCE) → Boulder City in the afternoon, landing back at Boulder City in about 1 hour 30 minutes — the Virgin River Gorge, the Zion country, and Lake Mead, seen from the opposite angle.
There is no scheduled major-airline service from Bryce Canyon Airport to Las Vegas, so the way back to the Strip is the Bryce → Boulder City flight, then your complimentary hotel transfer (about 35 minutes from Boulder City).

Bryce Canyon is a National Park administered by the National Park Service; park admission is included in the guided day tour. It sits high — the rim ranges from about 7,900 to 9,100 feet, so the air is thin and cool: dress in layers, wear closed-toe shoes, and stay hydrated. Rim edges are unfenced in places — stay behind railings and pack out what you bring in.
