Passengers are picked up from most major hotels in Las Vegas approximately 1 – 1 ½ hours prior to departure due to time of day and traffic conditions. They will then board a motor coach to Scenic Airlines Terminal. |
| Charter flight from Scenic Airlines Terminal to Grand Canyon West |
Passengers board the airplane approximately ten minutes before departure and fly to Grand Canyon West. Flight time is approximately 45 minutes. De-plane the aircraft and board a motor coach. |

Visit to overlook with approximately 30 minutes for photos and exploring.
