Clients are picked up from most major hotels in Las Vegas approximately 1 – 1 ½ hours prior to departure due to time of day and traffic conditions. Clients arrive at Aladdin Hotel & Casino for check-in. They will then board a motor coach to Scenic Airlines Terminal. |
| Charter flight from Scenic Airlines Terminal to Grand Canyon West |
Clients board the airplane approximately 10 minutes before departure and fly to the Grand Canyon West. Flight time is approximately 45 minutes. |

Deplane the aircraft and board helicopter from Canyon rim to Canyon floor.

Board boat on the Colorado River. Approximately a 15-20 minute boat ride on the Colorado River. |
