DESCRIPTION |
Grand Canyon West is part of the Hualapai American Indian Tribal Lands and is located two hours east of Las Vegas and about three hours west of Grand Canyon National Park. For a map of area Grand Canyon maps.
Although Grand Canyon West does not offer the dramatic vistas of the South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park, it is the only place where you can take a helicopter below the Rim. The West Rim has a more rustic feel of the Canyon including a culture American Indian experience. Tours include airplane flights, helicopters, boat rides and ATVs.
